Operated by the radiant Goddess of Empathy, "Kitty Kate", the Emporium Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place to spend a quiet
weekend and let the ole blood pressure return to normal. It is situated on the shore of the Reservoir; guests staying in the
Dam-side rooms can drift to sleep with the gentle lapping of waves against the shore just 10 metres away, and can watch the
bikers, hikers and strollers leave on their various family fun tours. The view on this side, to the
west, is really quite... unbelievable.
The Emporium Bed & Breakfast has 15 rooms each with a special "down home" feel to them (so when making reservations please indicate
to Secretary of Reception and Phones Dr. Telek ("Can someone please get the Dam phones?!") R'Mor whether you
prefer to feel "down" or "home").
Choose from a luxurious single room or a spacious double room, both offering great family discount rates.
The east side of the hotel offers a spectacular view of the valley, Complacency.
The restaurant serves up a breakfast bright and early (or as soon as Chef bragu gets
up to make it) that is delivered promptly to your door, or if you prefer you may dine by the dam shore (but watch out
for the pigeons overhead).
