Monty - Patience - Monty makes more compromises than he should because he assumes that others will make similar concessions to him. Big mistake. Unconsciously, Monty, you are giving the impression that you are less competent than others and therefore *have* to give in. You have much to contribute, but you find opportunities slipping through your fingers. You must base your strategies on your ability to think for yourself, even when you have some anxieties about being able to make the most of your own ideas. Your bothers and sisters can help you get started, but you must finish alone. You should not form any secret alliances unless you are fully aware of the personnel involved. Define what you hope to achieve, and periodically review your goals. You are willing to invest in training to develop your potential because you know it will improve your game...also, being well trained impresses others. You should want to be the best in whatever you do. You must find ways to translate your ideas into actions which will lead to wins. Don’t be overly impressed by competitors, for with training you can easily surpass them in skill. Learn from their successes and their failures, and cultivate contacts who can help you. Being stuck at home is painful for you, but will motivate you to do what is necessary to avoid that situation. You treat other people’s cards better than they do, even better than you treat your own. You prefer to develop strategies alone, but to gain that skill, you must get as much training as possible. If your goals are clearly defined, all you need to realize them is an education.
