Like the PNZ, this Borg deck has pretty straightforward gameplay. Drop the Queen and We Are The Borg as quickly as possible, then get a well-stocked Cube out into the Gamma. I did not play this as a short-cube, choosing instead of have a larger number of drones before moving onto the spaceline. While Writ of Accountability reduces the power of the Horga'hn, I still felt it to be the strongest artifact available - if my opponent wasn't playing Borg, I just didn't use the Horga'hn a third time.
