This deck is a new version of an old pre-Blaze of Glory deck I saw at a tournament a while ago. I'll start with the missions. They are pretty simple. Six missions that all but one take basically Honor. You download two people with Honor the first turn so it should not be hard to scrounge around and find two more Honor for your Wormhole Negotiations. Koloth downloads a Bat'leth and you can put a Bat'leth in your Q's Tent if you want so that takes care of the equipment need for Bat'leth Tournament.

Next we do dilemmas. The idea is to seed the two Altonian Brain Teasers on either end of the spaceline. You then will trip them as soon as you can so that when your opponent hits the Cytherians he will go all the way to the end of the spaceline and not be able to earn his precious points. The rest should be fairly easy; the dilemmas are very interchangeable plus you should be able to keep more dilemmas than usual should you encounter an unbalanced person (referring to Balancing Act).

Now the deck: The idea is to download 10 and 01 the first turn with your seeded Quark's Isolinear Rods then use their special download to download Bynars Weapon Enhancement. Then you get as many ships into play as possible with as many captains as possible and attack their outpost or ship that contains all or a majority of their people. After your unsuspecting opponent is crippled you go and attempt missions. What? You say that your opponent just attempted a mission after coming back from a devastating attack from your Klingons? Have no fear! They are stopped because of your Mission Debriefing, so send your motley crew of bloodthirsty Klingons to make sure they never try a stunt like that again. The rest of the game winning just takes practice, but don't worry, it's fun practice:)
