Strategy:

When you seed AMS, download Leah Brahms so you can start with 2 of your needed ENGINEER and can score extra points from AMS if needed.

First pick either Tarchannen Study or Repair Mission as your main mission to attempt. Seed your outpost at Repair Mission or a nearby space mission (if you pick Tarchannen Study). Then focus on attempting two other nearby missions.

This deck is devoted to providing the needed skills and attributes to overcome space dilemmas. There is more than enough Computer Skill for "Pup", Riker and Temporal Vortex for Borg Ship, and Medical/Biology for Aphasia Device. If you find yourself stuck at a Navigational Hazard, you can use AMS to download Richard Wilkins. Also, this deck is high on redundant skills. You should be able to easily draw the personnel you need, as well as using some extra people for sacrifices.

This deck’s main weakness is against quick Armadas and the new intruder-type decks, like Baby Jemmies, that board your ships or outpost and attack your personnel. Since this deck runs on a minium of personnel, because of redundant skills and personnel with multiple classification-types, you should be able to attempt a variety of missions without returning to your outpost. If you see your opponent amassing ships, head towards the far end of the spaceline. If he/she destroys your outpost, Palor Toff it, then use Leah to rebuild the outpost far from his/her ships. If your opponent is playing invasion, you can try the same strategy. They will then have to divide their resource between chasing you, guarding your outpost, and attempting missions. Also, if you find a Borg Ship dilemma (or perhaps trigger your own), you can Tent for Nutational Shields, attempt the mission and release the Borg on the spaceline. With all the Engineers in this deck you should have little problem surviving a Borg Ship dilemma. Few armadas and invasion decks can successfully save all of their ships from the coming onslaught. These tactics can slow you down, but at least it gives you time to regroup.

This deck can be a bit slow getting started (especially if you don’t get The Traveler: Transcendence out), but once you have what you need, its possible to score over 100 points in a single turn.
