To control this deck in a wonderful manner this is what you should do
Seed: Put the outpost near your HQ.
First use Spacedoor to download the D'Deridex Advanced, then next turn report at least one personel to staff it and if you have a freebe for the Office report it. Wait until you feel you have enough personel to safely attempt a mission. To do this use Red Alert (If Uxed use Q2 here). Solve Cloaked Mission first. Then do Quash Conspiracy and New Contact (if stopped in both try Intercept Renegade). the Soong-type Android should be a MEDICAL, neuter or female. Throw out Captain's Log if there's no better card to play.
If you have the time and oppurtunity to attack an opponent do the following
Use Drain Shields as often as you can so you can Romulan Ambush them... Also if you are attacking outposts and you don't have a ton of ships out use the Drain Shields then pull out the big guns (Quantum Torpedo, etc). A great time to attack is when they're Cytherianed (do not use Romualn Ambush here).
This deck should concentrate on speed unless the situation fits as I mentioned in the previous paragraph. This deck is upgradeable, after each expansion take what Romulan cards were introduced. Choose any you like and replace as you see fit. This deck has been running
since about around The Dominion expansion. Enjoy!
