This Brog (you've got to love that word) Stop First Contact deck used the same missions as my previous Romulan deck and runs just like you'd expect it to. It swoops through to the Alpha Quadrant in an effort to assimilate Earth as soon as possible (occasionally you need to download Masaka Transformations to get a Locutus into play.) Once this is done, play A Change Of Plans to download Stop First Contact, and fly through a Temporal Vortex (downloadable by seeded Q The Referee) to Montana Missile Complex. Once the Stop First Contact Objective is completed there, you can flip the seeded Population 9 Billion - All Brog to go back through and complete scouting at Salvage Starship for the extra 60 points you need to get to 100. It's safe from The Big Picture, and the 3 Resistance Is Futile make the opponent's Q's Planet less of a problem. It's also got a good probe rate: most of the bad probes can be downloaded, and I even won one game when I probed to reveal my own Crisis dilemma after a Regenerate. (Confusing game that one, I won despite being 10 points behind.) Tribbles might also have been a pain, so I included a Transport Drone, although I used it more against the occasional Orion Syndicate Bomb at Wolf 359 than to move Tribbles about. The space dilemmas also work out to be strong, as dilemmas such as Radioactive Garbage Scow, Cytherians and Conundrum will always stop the opponent because of Mission Debriefing before they can go anywhere. ... and there wasn't even a Salia in sight... Best wishes, Ringo Greenwich
