Strategy:  self seed the 8 cards at Hunt for DNA.  Use Defend Homeworld for either Ajur or Boratus to destroy opponent’s seed cards there, leaving (hopefully) 3 of your own.  First turn card play should be Assign Mission Specialists, after discarding it and getting it back with a Palor Toff.  Then Tent for Going to the Top for Riker for the Starship Enterprise for McCoy for I’m a Doctor for Prot.  Use the ship to get to the mission and attempt.  After that, you just need any one other mission.
