Strategy:
Staff the cube using seven, defend homeworld & awakens then trip Borg ship.
Tent for Retask & play it (pretty well much drawing all remaining drones)
Tent for Queen, give her youth.
Next turn draw rest of deck(with ooby dooby)
 
Use drones/queen skills (like in place of one card draw may...) and Q the Ref to recycle reactor overload (has COM icon).  Do assimilate homeworld, two gateways and resistance is futile for the win.  Put the Queen, Dukat, Interlink, Seven and Assault Drone on other cube for protection during scouting (they don't scout, but still contribute skills)(and can move if other cube hits Cytherians) Win by turn 8-10 (if all goes well)

The deck could be improved by adding a Service the Collective.
