At a DS9-Only tournament in Berlin, N.J I used this deck to win every game 100-0.  The reason this deck is so fast is because it gets a 2 mission win, which is quite rare in DS9 Only format. The way to do it is the following: Bajor (35) + 62nd Rule on it (45) + The Earring of Li Nalas earned at Bajor + Rescue Prisoners (95) + Either 5 points from Vendetta (unlikely) or Duranja (rarely) or Dabo (most of the time.) Start attempting on turn 4. The Raiders give you insane speed and are GREAT fodder to A Fast Ship Would Be Nice, which was extremely popular. ASP for Mora, Defend Homeworld for Kira, Cargo Bay download Morn, QIR for Odo who  will be your second card play, and play any personnel who is free to Quark's Bar or The Chamber of Ministers. A lot of the people play for free. You should get a 62nd Rule on Bajor by the 4th turn, assuming you set up Morn at Quark's on the first turn, and make no ops downloads between then.
