How it works:
    Your ideal opening hand will have a Borg Queen, a Handshake and a Q’s Tent, or at least the Queen.  You’ll want to get the Tactical Cube staffed as quickly as possible.  With luck, your opponent will not have seeded the Nebula, you should seed your Cryosatellite there.  If they seeded the Nebula then put Horga’hn at Establish Station and the Cryo/Dukat somewhere else for later.  Tent for the Transwarp Hub and play it at the mission you put the Horga’hn at.  Fly through the Gateway to the Hub and download A Change of Plans for HP010 (or Assimilate Planet for  Establish Station, then once it’s cleared out get HP010).  Scout it, probe rig with Handshake, get the Horga’hn.  If you did HP010 at Establish Station then play Assimilate Planet and just scout it again.  If not, go for Assimilate Homeworld or another Objective for the win.  Add Resistance is Futile for extra points where needed.

More stuff:

•  You can use the Borg Data Node to get an Adapt to hand, then put it under your deck with the Tactician Drone to draw a card (which can be converted to a download).
•  You can download the Reassimilation Drone, special download Intruder Alert, then Ref cycle it for another draw/download.
•  Don’t forget to get the Space-Time Portal from the Tent on the first turn.
•  If you have a unique drone in hand and the Heuristics Drone in play, you can use him to swap a drone in play for a copy of the one you have in hand and then use DQSS.
•  If you don’t have Handshakes, Data Keep Dealing and Bynar’s Data Transfer make great substitutes.

Note:  There is some question about the legality of getting Artifacts at a mission you complete HP010 at.  Major Rakal has assured me that you can get Artifacts from HP010 (with a Survey Drone) the same way that you can with other Objectives and the next Current Rulings with reflect this.
