Last year, we here in New England (aka the Betazed Region) held a little tournament some call the Betazed Rebellion.  Twenty-two players gathered from across New England and New York for five rounds of fun Trek and cool prizes.  Prizes ranged from multiple Utra Rares, Foils, and Premiere/Preview cards to packs, sealed boxes and more.  The best part was, everyone had fun and the entry fee was only $5.  For those of you who don’t remember, there are pictures, decks, and tournament reports in Issue 35 (index35.shtml).

This year’s installment has been dubbed “The Battle of Betazed” and promises to be just as fun.  The prize list is constantly growing but here’s what we have so far for this year:

So when and where is it?  This year it will be held at a mini-Con called the Gamer’s Gauntlet.  They have many games including Wars, Rings, Mage Knight and more.  Gamer’s Gauntlet is run monthly at the Southwick Assembly Church of God and admission is $2 (or $5 if you want Pizza and Soda) at the door.
