Well, I know that a lot of you have been waiting for this (the continuous "when will it be out?" assures me of that ;-)) but we had a few problems with out publisher.  Namely, they disappeared after we sent in the guide in February.  After being unable to contact them, we've decided to simply make the guide available online as a .pdf file.  We regret not being able to provide the guide in book form and hope to try again when we find a more responsible publisher.
