2 evil tricks come to mind with Grebnedlog.  First, he has a special download of We Look For Things.  That's convenient since he can not only staff the Mondor, but can be downloaded to it with Ready Room Door.  Also, if you were to steal a matching commander-related card from the opponent with WLFT, you would immediately profit from it.  The real advatage of this ability, though, is that you can suspend play to do it.  That means that AFTER the opponent commits to attacking you, you can then decide you want their Plasmadyne, or Bynars, or Naiskos.

    Secondly, he has a special ability to capture an Engineer.  There's plenty of targets these days with Equipment being very popular.  The best target is everyone's favorite drone, Seven of Nine.  Seven is so powerful, and so popular, it's worth putting a Grebnedlog in decks just to counter her.  Also, with Skill Sharing (and which Borg Cube doesn't have an Interlink Drone on it?) you can capture ANY opposing Borg if they have one Engineer present.  Long Live the Queen might make it difficult to get the Queen, but you can still get the Interlink Drone itself, or an Assault Drone, or Multiplexor.   Or, if you're being threatened by Assimilate Homeworld, just report Grebnedlog to your HQ and and take their Counterpart; since his skill says "here" rather than "present" you don't even have to beam up!
